Statistics and Research on the State of the Fashion Industry
Despite its economic significance, the industry has long grappled with issues of diversity, including the underrepresentation of marginalized groups in leadership and the perpetuation of harmful stereotypes. As consumers increasingly demand diversity in product offerings and campaigns, fashion brands are recognizing that embracing DEI is not only ethically imperative but also strategically vital for long-term success and relevance in today's diverse global marketplace.
